Keith is a strategic entrepreneur with a knack for identifying market opportunities before everyone else. Throughout his career, he has founded a number of successful companies on a remarkable scale. Keith is now setting his sights on blending security services with concierge services for high-end clients who have unique travel needs.
Jerry Kosowsky
Director of Operations
As a licensed private investigator and Security Professional, Jerry has over 15 years of experience rendering PI services for numerous local and national corporations, including 10 years as a former Law Enforcement Officer in covert operations and working with Federal Agencies on various cases. Jerry held the roles of President and Board Member of the United States Marshals Posse, over a 20-year membership, and still functions as the Posse’s Administrative Support Specialist. Jerry is qualified to do threat assessments.
Mark Cisco
Director of Security
Mark Cisco has served in the Executive Protection field for 20+ years. He began his career working security in the nightclub industry in Southern California. His professionalism, work ethic & relational skills were readily apparent and recognized, resulting in being highly sought after and recommended for work by many A list celebrities and entertainers from all fields in the entertainment industry.
He has been the lead in several large, high profile details for large companies, managing upwards of 65 associates, where vey experienced high end EP agents were required.
In the last several years, Mark has been working “ High Threat” details for well known politicians, heads of state, as well as foreign diplomats. He continues to be requested by the State Department to assist with these details.
Mark has shown a unique ability to exhibit a consistent level of discernment, professionalism and calmness in high stress situations. He has developed a reputation in the industry as someone who brings a sense of peace and safety to his clients. Mark is consistently praised for his work ethic, dedication and unwavering integrity. His attention to detail, conflict resolution, de-escalation tactics and great communication skills are what sets Mark apart from so many others in the EP and CP fields.

Efren Delgado
Executive Protection Agent
With a 25-year career in national security and law enforcement, Efren A. Delgado is a seasoned protector and freelance investigator known for performing effective threat assessments and executive protection. Delgado’s career includes protecting private clients, assisting other private investigators, and collaborating with top executive protection firms. His experience with the FBI’s National Security Division has fortified his skills in handling Foreign Counter-Intelligence, Espionage, and Counter-Terrorism matters. As an FBI Special Agent for the Civil Rights Unit, Delgado significantly contributed to combating violent police misconduct, human trafficking, and hate crime violations. After his FBI tenure, Delgado transitioned to the private sector, offering threat assessments, investigations, and executive protection services in Southern California. His academic credentials include a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Forensic Psychology.
Jonothan Klay
Executive Protection Agent
Jonathan Klay is a seasoned Executive Protection Agent with over a decade’s experience providing security for high-profile individuals and events. A former Marine Corps Recon Marine and Special Operations Unit team leader, Jonathan holds top-secret security clearance and has participated in global hostage recovery missions. His comprehensive training includes being an FBI Sniper, Marine Scout Sniper, and Navy scuba training. Post military service, he served as a reserve police officer in Maine, discovering a passion for Executive Protection. Jonathan further refined his skills through tactical training at Covered 6 Executive Protection Academy and Bassett Advanced Security courses, earning certifications in various security measures. Committed to excellence, Jonathan excels at ensuring safety with utmost professionalism.
